3.5 Account sharing, transferring, or selling your luck97 account to another person is strictly prohibited. All accounts are personal and non-transferable.
4.1 luck97 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Supported payment methods and minimum transaction thresholds may change from time to time; current limits are displayed within the Platform's cashier section.
4.2 All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. luck97 does not accept third-party deposits. Where a third-party deposit is identified, luck97 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending review.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method previously used to deposit funds into your luck97 account, unless otherwise approved by the Company following a KYC review.

4.6 Funds held in your luck97 account do not accrue interest. luck97 maintains player funds in accordance with its segregation of funds policy to ensure player balances are protected.
5.1 All bets placed on luck97 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms.
5.2 luck97 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where:
5.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the official result as published by the relevant governing sports body shall be considered final. luck97's trading team decision on all betting disputes is final and binding, subject to the formal complaint process outlined in Section 15.

luck97 applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the Platform's betting interface. luck97 reserves the right to reduce payout limits on specific markets at its discretion.
6.1 luck97 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.
6.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, minimum qualifying odds, permitted game types, and expiry period will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

6.4 Where luck97 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing a promotional offer – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers more than once – luck97 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and close the account.

8.1 All content on the luck97 Platform, including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, and the overall design and user interface, is the exclusive intellectual property of luck97 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
8.3 The luck97 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
